We’re Hiring: Full-Time Human Resources Coordinator

📍 Location: Flexible – Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite (depending on client needs)

JR Business Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support both internal operations and external clients. This role offers flexibility in work location and scheduling, making it a great fit for professionals who are self-driven and adaptable

You’ll be embedded in client teams to provide hands-on HR support, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and admin tasks. Ideal for someone who’s organized, people-focused, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.  

What You’ll Do

Internal HR Support

  • Update and format employee handbooks, policies, and templates
  • Research employment law updates to ensure compliance
  • Help refine JR Business Solutions’ internal HR workflows and resources
  • Support coordination of social media content

Client-Facing HR Support

  • Provide HR support directly to client teams (onsite or remotely as needed)
  • Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Manage recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and support compliance efforts
  • Coordinate employee engagement and benefits programs
  • Support performance management processes

Admin & Coordination

  • Assist with calendar management, project deadlines, and client tasks
  • Contribute to training materials, presentations, and events
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (students currently pursuing a degree welcome)
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or coordinator role
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus

Skills & Attributes

  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing priorities
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working independently and in team environments
  • Able to manage multiple projects
  • Flexible and adaptable to different work environments
